Since 1999, Ty Hafan has offered short break care, emergency and end of life care to nearly 600 children with life-limiting condition living in Wales and has supported their families in this very difficult situation. The VINCI Foundation will help the hospice develop a Memorial Garden which will provide a calm, spiritual and reflective space for families to remember the child that has died.

Funding provided by the Foundation: £10,000.

VINCI Sponsor: Martin John Wilson, Vinci Construction UK, will oversee all work on the ground work, construction and features of the Memorial garden. Matthieu Boisneau, Vinci Construction Grands Projets, will support Martin to have the target to complete the project in 2018.
