St Andrews Hospice Ltd delivers palliative care and support to both children and adults living with life-limiting illnesses. To reach those whose social or medical condition does not allow them to travel easily and safely to the hospice, the charity also offers a range of services directly at patients home. The £12,000 awarded by the Foundation will help the charity purchase a multi-use vehicle and therefore reduce social exclusion among people with life-limiting conditions.
