Each year, Pimlico Opera involves prisoners in a theatrical production to help them gain self-esteem and to tackle the main reasons of re-offending (education, employment, drug and alcohol misuse…). The charity aims at changing prisoners, prisons and the perceptions of those attending the performance. The VINCI’s grant will help the charity cover the seating and security costs of their new project based in HMP Bronzefield, Europe’s largest women prison.

Funding provided by the Foundation: £5,000.

VINCI Sponsor: Colin Rankin, Vinci Construction UK, will offer skill trainings and mentoring to project participants.
